Subject	another newly built engine question

Message	Hi everyone, just got my newly built engine to pass 3 thousand miles with 10w30 oil, checked the compression on it and it show 150 psi around except for the back two cylinders on the driver side 140psi. I put some oil in it it goes to 150psi. the guy who built my engine says that the piston rings have not sitted good yet, that I need more driving. Is this possible??? also for the guy who posted earlier, what is the right oil weight to be used, there was no definete answer. thanks in advance.
